Meet Ian, Our New Butcher at Lee’s Family Grocery
We’re happy to introduce Ian, our new butcher at Lee’s Family Grocery.
Ian has been cutting meat since 2011 and brings almost 15 years of experience to our meat department. His background includes retail meat cutting, custom cutting, sausage making, curing, and smoking.
Ian enjoys working with all cuts of meat and is excited to bring some new products to our customers, including new sausage flavours, burger patties, seasoned and marinated meats ready for the oven or BBQ, and ready-made meal ideas to make dinner quicker and easier for families.
Some future items may include meatloaf, stuffed pork, stuffed chicken, and eventually casseroles.
Ian says:
“I know I have big shoes to fill, but I look forward to serving you all to the best of my ability. I’d also love to hear feedback from customers about anything new you’d like to see, so we can serve you better.”
