8-8-26: Unforgettable book club and perfume-making workshop!

The readers who joined the AUTHORity book club with author Lily Chu had a unanimous decision: The Library of Flowers storyline was concocted with the art of perfumery, specially blended with these fragrance notes:
Top note: Self-journey
Heart note: Family tradition/Chinese history
Base note: About daughter-and-mother relationship

After the book club, the perfume-making workshop became a whiff of excitement that turned parfumerie dreams into scent-filled realities with the lingering customized fragrances.

Lucy, the book’s main character, and also a perfumer, must be pleased. It only took a few sniffs to smell and identify one’s own moli. All the signature scents of the women permeated the air inside the bookshop!

We thought of names for our perfume bottles.
The Book Wardrobe labelled ours “August 8”.
Because the memory of this event is bouquet-bottled on this date. 💐🌹🌸🌺🌼🪷🪻
