Late mother’s day post and this one’s a special one because of how much this moment meant to me. Most people don’t know i’m completely self taught and never had music lessons or instruments provided to me growing up. In fact, the immigrant grind and hard working nature of non artistic parents didn’t allow for me to realize my own gifts until I left home and discovered who i really was in university. Yet i’ve never let that dim my light and love that i share with every person young or old when they come to my shop for anything music related. In fact, I have been shining my light brighter than ever before and cannot wait for our community to grow with all the amazing creatives we’re fostering daily.

Over the last 15 years of teaching and 8 years of owning this shop, I have had the blessing to teach and mentor so many people from every age group, social class, disability etc u can imagine, but i never have really got to share this feeling with my own creators. Let this be a reminder to you, that it’s never too late to start and share the love and passion that only music can bring.

Next up, i gotta get my dad on the guitar and vocals. Neither of my parents have ever played an instrument or pursued the arts in their life so i think it’s about time they give it a shot don’t you? ❤️🖤

Did you know we offer custom paint/refinishing service along with all the expert luthier work by our amazing technicians? Check out this Epiphone SG bass with a broken neck that was brought back to life by one of our skilled techs. Believe it or not, this bass is actually stronger & playing better than it was before the break because of the way a lot of the entry-level guitars and basses are manufactured at factories.

Hit us up for all your guitar repair needs via the Repair Inquiry form on our website (link in bio) or visit us in store at 43 Queen St North in Mississauga or call 9058120101 to find out more about all our services!👨🏼‍🔧
