We understand that some people still need to change their foreign currencies to buy basic necessities, therefore our office will remain open as usual for as long as the government allows us to.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, honest and hard-working person to fill the position of Personal / Office Assistant on our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Sorting, authenticating, counting and organizing currency
• Data Entry
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Updating and maintaining inventory records
• Pick up and deliveries
• Meeting with clients
• Business travel
• Updating the company website
• Corresponding with clients
• Perform all other office tasks
• Personal assistant : Driving, walking the dog, packing and mailing, making appointments.
Qualifications:
• Trustworthy, motivated, professional and focussed
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Have a full G driving licence
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Legally able to work in Canada
• Available for a permanent full-time position (no seasonal or part-time positions)
References are required to demonstrate reliability. Compensation starts at $17 per hour, depending on relevant experience. There is opportunity for upward mobility for candidates that show initiative and help to grow the company. Work will be evaluated at the end of every year to determine promotions and/or raises. We will not sponsor work visas for non-residents or consider candidates that are not able to work full time.

Duties include cashier, organizing paperwork, data entry, sorting, authenticating, counting and organizing currency, updating and maintaining inventory records, pick-ups, and deliveries, customer service, compiling, filing and proofreading reports, business travel, and general office work. Requirements include being trustworthy, motivated, professional, focussed, available to work full time and overtime, full of initiative and common sense, and diligent. Previous experience in the foreign exchange and/or numismatic industry would be an asset. References are required to demonstrate reliability.
