This project in Scarborough marks MBC Homes' first ICF build, and what a start! 👏

After attending one of our hands-on training courses, the team reached out for an estimate and got to work. Just one week later, the ICF forms were installed, the concrete was poured, and they were ready to move on to the stick-framed portion of the build. 💪

It's always rewarding to see builders gain confidence with ICF and discover just how efficient the process can be.
