Come out for an evening of art and community at Sunset Social this Friday!

I’ll be at Leonard’s Gate in Sussex as part of the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta, sharing my work alongside a great lineup of local artists and makers.

It’s a beautiful setting to visit and enjoy the evening. Hope to see you there!

“Sea Lavender” was painted during my artist residency in Fundy National Park this summer. It is inspired by the delicate plant that is shaped by the dramatic rise and fall of the Bay of Fundy, living between the changing boundaries of land and sea.

There’s a particular grounded feeling I’ve been carrying with me after these past two weekends of teaching gesture drawing with horses.
Watching participants slow down, observe, draw, and connect with the horses was a reminder that the value of these sessions went beyond the drawings on the page.
A sincere thank you to Raja and Tara for welcoming us onto the farm, and to the for their partnership and funding support that made these sessions possible.
It was a special combination of art, horses, and connection.
