I love dressers repurposed for other rooms in the house almost more than I do for dressers. This ones a beauty!

Mid Century Cedar Chest

This is one of those pieces that evolved with time. When I bought it I loved the shape and planned on keeping some of the natural wood tones. The inside was spotless but the outside was covered in dirt from the gentleman’s garage. Hours and hours of sanding later, the dirt was gone but I wasn’t happy with the look, so decided to paint it coal black and I’m glad I did! The legs are painted vintage gold.

Thank you to Lisa If you don’t shop there you should! They are so helpful when you have questions about paint.
