🎉🎉🎉🎉BIG NEWS - Subscriptions!🎉🎉🎉🎉

We’re excited to introduce the new Subscriptions portal, making it easier than ever for Stylists and Customers to manage recurring Lifestyle, essential or frequently ordered products.
You know, set it and forget it! Have your products like Good Protein, Superbelly or favourite skin care automatically shipped! No need to always check if you’re running low 🙂

What Stylists Can Do:

1. Create and manage subscriptions for yourself and approved customers.

2. Offer flexible delivery schedules: weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly.

3. Easily add, edit, pause, skip, cancel or remove subscriptions.

4. View upcoming shipment dates for all subscriptions in one convenient location.

🚛Recurring product deliveries, your subscription service, can be set up by me, your personal stylist!!
All subscriptions must be initiated within the Stylist Back Office. Subscriptions are preferred to with the customer’s own credit card.

✅Customers must approve the Stylist access request before the Stylist can create or manage subscriptions on the customer’s behalf.

📦Customers can also manage their own subscriptions and Stylist access through their Silver Icing account.

💁🏻‍♀️Things to Know:

1. Subscription orders are processed through FairClick and follow the same product allocation process as regular orders.

2. If inventory isn’t available when the order processes, the shipment will automatically move to the next scheduled date.

3. If a product’s price changes (goes on sale or reverts to regular price) while a subscription is active, the system will honor the current price at the moment of processing.

4. Customers should have a saved credit card on file to ensure they are charged directly for subscription orders.

5. We will be starting with a small selection of items for the initial launch of this program and will expand in the future.

6. Coupon codes, Flex Dollars, Icing Points, and Bonus Discounts CAN NOT be applied to subscription orders at this time.
