You see 600 medals.

I see inventory counts, supplier orders, production schedules, deadlines, aluminum sheets, and a whole lot of coffee. ☕️😂

One of the things I love most about owning a trophy and awards business is that every order comes with its own challenge. This week, the challenge wasn’t making 600 medals…

It was finding enough material to make 600 medals.

The finished product always looks simple, but there’s a lot that happens before a medal ever makes it around someone’s neck.

Now excuse me while I turn a pile of aluminum into 600 reasons for people to celebrate. 🏅✨

The best part about owning a trophy and awards business isn’t the trophies themselves.

It’s knowing that every order represents a moment that matters to someone.

A championship won after months of practice. A volunteer being recognized for countless hours behind the scenes. A retiree celebrating decades of hard work. A student receiving their very first award. A fundraiser bringing a community together. A coach thanking their team. A business recognizing an employee who goes above and beyond.

I get to be a small part of all of those stories.

What I love most is that I don’t just hand over a finished product. I get to be involved in every step of the process — from designing, engraving, pressing, assembling, polishing, packing, and sometimes even delivering the final piece. I get to watch an idea become something tangible that someone will proudly display for years to come.

As a small business owner, there are definitely long days, late nights, and challenges that come with wearing every hat. But getting to create meaningful recognition for people in our community makes every bit of it worthwhile.

Since 1988, East Coast Trophy & Awards has been helping celebrate achievements, and I’m incredibly grateful to continue that tradition while building new relationships throughout our community.

We are in the early stages of testing out the new machine to be able to off the custom tumbler engravings. This will include tumblers purchased directly from East Coast Trophy & Yetis/Tumblers that are supplied by the customer. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE
