The Saber X Monthly Mystery Lightsaber Giveaway...

$11,840 raised for Make-A-Wish. ❤️

That’s what this community helped make happen at Fan Expo 2026.

Saber X donated lightsabers for the charity raffle, and we’ve just received word from Bill that the fundraiser brought in an incredible $11,840 for Make-A-Wish!

To everyone who bought a ticket, the volunteers who made it happen, and Bill and the team who brought everyone together: thank you. We’re proud to have played a small part.

Conventions give us plenty of memorable moments. Seeing a shared love of Star Wars help support a cause like this is one we’ll remember long after the booths come down.

Congratulations to the raffle winners, and thank you for giving our sabers a bigger purpose. ✨

Help us celebrate the people behind this fundraiser by sharing their achievement. ❤️

Our final outdoor saber lesson of the season, but definitely not our last. ❤️

Every week, an incredible group of people showed up to learn, move, laugh and light up the park with Monsieur Poi. What started as a fun idea quickly became a real community, and we couldn’t be happier with the turnout.

These free classes were made possible thanks to Michelle C. Smith and Freestyle Staff. Monsieur Poi is one of Michelle’s sponsored instructors, and we’re incredibly grateful to both of them for helping us bring these lessons to the Montreal community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this summer. What started as a fun idea quickly became a real community, and the turnout every single week was amazing.

We’re now searching for a suitable indoor location so we can keep the lessons going throughout the winter. If you know of a space in Montreal with high ceilings and enough room to train safely, please send us a message!

See you at the next lesson. ⚔️
