The couple’s table deserves to feel just as unforgettable as the moment it celebrates.

For this colourful wedding, we designed a composition that balanced vibrant florals with timeless elegance. A palette of peach, coral, white, and delicate touches of lilac created a refined yet joyful atmosphere, inspired by the beauty of a garden in full bloom.

The floral selection featured white roses and white ranunculus to bring softness and balance, while coral peonies, peach and coral ranunculus, orange ranunculus, and lilac sweet peas introduced movement, depth, and colour throughout the design.

To frame the table, we incorporated part of our modular gold arch structure, transforming it into elegant towers that added height, architectural interest, and a sense of intimacy around the couple.

The centrepiece rested on our elevated glass platform stands, complemented by glass chimney cylinders and real candles that cast a warm, romantic glow throughout the evening. Every floral arrangement was created in reusable trays, allowing for a seamless installation while supporting a more sustainable approach to event design.

Every detail was intentionally selected to create a cohesive setting where florals, rentals, and architecture worked together as one complete design.

Every beautiful event begins with a thoughtful plan.

For this wedding at the Windsor Ballroom, we started by getting the room layout to ensure with know what the table flow looks like to make sure the focal points worked seamlessly together. From there, we curated an inspiration board featuring a soft yet vibrant palette of peach, coral, blush, lavender, and fresh greens, creating a design that felt romantic, joyful, and elevated.

The floral recipe was carefully selected to bring that vision to life. Bright lavender and peach stock, peach roses, peach ranunculus, and coral peonies created movement, texture, and colour throughout the room. To maintain balance and sophistication, approximately 35% white florals were incorporated throughout the arrangements, softening the palette and allowing each colour to stand out without overwhelming the space.

The elevated gold stands introduced height and architectural interest, drawing the eye upward while preserving conversation across the tables. The result was a room that felt lush, vibrant, and refined, with every element working together to create a cohesive guest experience.

We couldn’t share just one glimpse of this beautiful celebration at L’Abbaye d’Oka.

These additional images highlight the thoughtful details that brought the design together. From the layered florals and carefully selected vessels to the architectural setting itself, every element was chosen to create a timeless atmosphere that felt both elegant and welcoming.

One of our favorite aspects of this design was the balance between classic and contemporary. The all-white palette offered enduring sophistication, while modern details introduced texture, dimension, and visual interest throughout the space.

Set within the serene landscape of L’Abbaye d’Oka, this venue offers a refined architectural backdrop defined by its historic charm, high ceilings, and understated elegance.

For this room styling, we embraced a classic all-white composition, elevated with modern detailing. Highball bud vases introduced lightness and vertical rhythm across the tables, while medium fluted vases anchored the larger floral arrangements with subtle texture and structure. Matching fluted candle holders added continuity, paired with refined faux candles in respect of the venue’s guidelines.

Every element was selected to create a cohesive and timeless atmosphere, where softness meets precision and tradition is reimagined through a contemporary lens.

Every detail of this welcome and seating installation began with a single inspiration image provided by the couple. From that reference, we translated their vision into a fully realized, custom-built statement piece designed to anchor the entrance experience.

The structure itself was designed and built in-house to hold two laminated foam boards, allowing complete flexibility in both color and content. This format offers a refined and architectural presence while remaining entirely customizable. Whether used for a welcome message, seating chart, or a combination of both, the layout can be tailored to reflect the tone and flow of each event.

In this composition, the front panel introduces the couple and sets the atmosphere, while the larger back panel provides a clear and elegant seating arrangement for guests. The typography, spacing, and proportions are carefully balanced to ensure readability without compromising the aesthetic.

To soften the structure and bring dimension, fresh florals were placed between the panels. This detail creates depth, adds texture, and seamlessly connects the installation to the overall floral design of the event. The result is a piece that feels intentional, sculptural, and fully integrated into the environment.

This is more than signage. It is the first impression, the transition into the experience, and a reflection of the story being told.
