Lisa & Dan chose colour without hesitation — vibrant, unexpected, and entirely alive.

An October palette that felt less like a trend and more like a reflection of them: bold, warm, joyful, and impossible to overlook.

I still find myself going back to this one and thinking about just how beautifully it mirrored the energy they give to the world. Some couples choose their colours- bold and beautiful, just like them.

For the outdoor moments, we kept everything feeling fresh, airy, and beautifully untamed — soft whites, lush greens, and florals that felt as though they had simply found their way into the landscape.

Then, as the celebration moved inside Château Saint-Antoine, the palette deepened.

The château’s historic architecture, rich reds, and old-world character became part of the design. Burgundy and crimson blooms joined soft whites and garden greens, creating something moodier, warmer, and a little more romantic.

A floral story that changed with the setting — yet still felt unmistakably like the same day.

Because the most beautiful designs don’t compete with a space. They let the space tell part of the story. ⚖️♥️⛲️

Liana was hands down the best choice I made for my wedding flowers and as my day-of coordinator. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to bring my small ideas to life and transform them into something even more beautiful than I ever imagined.

Liana, you have such an incredible talent for creating the most stunning floral arrangements in a way that is both delicate and modern, just what I had wanted for my wedding day. Every detail was absolutely perfect.

Our one request was to be completely carefree and not have to worry about timelines or logistics on our wedding day, and thanks to you, that’s exactly what we experienced. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was in the best hands.

Happy Birthday, Out of the Blue. 🤍✨

10 years ago, I had an idea and decided to go for it. No roadmap, no guarantees, and honestly, no clue what the next 10 years would look like.

Back then, I thought I was building a business. Looking back, I realize I was building something so much bigger—a community.

Creating has always been my passion, but the people have been the best part. The clients who became friends, the families who trusted me with their celebrations year after year, the people who shared my work, encouraged me, and kept coming back. You are the reason I’m here celebrating 10 years today.

If there’s one thing this journey has taught me, it’s that sometimes all you need is an idea and the courage to start. You don’t need to have it all figured out.

To everyone who has supported Out of the Blue over the years, thank you. Every order, every kind word, every recommendation, every bit of support has meant more than you’ll ever know.

This June marks 10 years of owning my floral business. What started as a creative outlet and a love for flowers has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined. 🤞🏽

At my core, I’m a creator. Yes, through flowers, but also through ideas, conversations, mood boards, problem-solving, planning, styling, and all the little details that make an event feel personal and meaningful. ✨

One of the biggest shifts in my business happened last year when a floral client, trusted me to take on day-of coordination for her wedding. What started as simply offering extra support became one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career.
Seeing months of planning come together, placing the final details, making sure every personal touch had a home, and watching a vision come to life reminded me that what I love most isn’t just designing beautiful florals—it’s creating an experience where my clients can fully enjoy the day they’ve spent so long dreaming about. 🥲
