🟨 Le “Lion 85 %” Albinos Pur n’est pas un chocolat blanc ; il est considéré comme un chocolat noir, car il est très faible en sucre et ne contient aucun produit laitier. ⁣
Sa couleur claire lui est attribuée par les fèves de cacao albinos, qui lui donnent aussi un goût très différent de celui du cacao que l’on connaît si bien. ⁣
Un vrai délice à découvrir 😋 ⁣

The “Lion 85%” Pure Albino is not a white chocolate; it’s considered as a dark chocolate, since it’s very low in sugar and doesn’t contain any dairy products. ⁣
