NOTA Chocolates is officially in the West Island. We’re really excited to share that is now carrying our bars, making this our first West Island store. Solomos is a genuine family-run spot known for its amazing smoked salmon, spreads, and other high-quality products, and we’re proud to now be part of what they offer. We started NOTA in Montreal after the Dubai chocolate trend caught our attention, but what kept us going was creating unique, good-quality chocolate that people truly love when they try it. Our second ever store demo, this time at .
We still get a little nervous, but mostly just really excited to meet the people behind every order. A few months before NOTA, we were just three guys at home trying to figure out what good chocolate was even supposed to look like. So moments like this mean a lot. Seeing people try our bars in person and genuinely enjoy them is still one of the best parts of all of this. Grateful to Gourmet Laurier for having us.

Notre deuxième dégustation en magasin, cette fois chez .
On est encore un peu nerveux, mais surtout vraiment contents de rencontrer les gens derrière chaque commande. Quelques mois avant NOTA, on était juste trois gars à la maison en train d’essayer de comprendre à quoi le bon chocolat était censé ressembler. Donc des moments comme ça comptent beaucoup pour nous. Voir les gens goûter nos barres en personne et les aimer pour vrai, ça reste une des plus belles parties de toute cette aventure. Merci à Gourmet Laurier de nous avoir accueillis.

Other brands have asmr unboxing with nice hands, but we just have acrylic nails and I 😮‍💨 (can you tell that I ended up taping them?)
