This is Toa!

I was commissioned to paint this memorial portrait of a beautiful flame point Siamese. I normally don’t do backgrounds in my portraits as I like the simplicity however I will always try to incorporate ideas given by the client. In this case my uncle wanted to include blowing leaves, a rabbit, and a squirrel as these were all things Toa loved to watch from the window ❤️

Not my typical work but my kiddo’s birthday is coming up and I couldn’t not paint him a card of two of his favorite things right now ❤️

I know I have been MIA for awhile but with my little one home for the summer and summer plans it’s been pretty hectic and hasn’t left me much time to paint 😢. Rest assured though I have a list of ideas for more Punny Animal cards and am starting something new involving dog breeds 😉.
