People first brought evergreen trees and branches indoors to celebrate the winter solstice. Because evergreens stayed lush while other plants died in winter, cultures used them as symbols of life, renewal, and the promise that spring would return.❤️🎄

In 2023, Shaun MacDougall decided to share his family tradition of drinking chaga tea with his community. He started blending Nova Scotia-harvested mushrooms with homegrown and locally sourced ingredients.
Over the last two years, he has expanded his products to include teas and coffees infused with Canada’s best functional mushrooms for optimal benefits. He is now working on building a production facility to keep up with the demands of this fast-growing business.

Groovy Garlic Pickle has been absolutely crushing it lately. Very proud of my newest creation. Top seller day after day, never fails. Ahi lemon peppers, fresh garlic, Kosher dill pickles, avocado oil, and sea salt, yummm! So rad on tacos, burgers or sandwiches. However, the best use I've found for it is mixed into a potato salad, bean salad, caesar salad dressing, or tuna/chicken salad. 🥒🧄🌶 Comment your favourite use for this exceptional product...
