It’s the bigger brand behind it all, with Chubb as the board line, but the idea stays the same: make good things, stay connected to the water, and keep it authentic.

Meet Chris.

He’s the one behind Enjoy The Ride and Chubb.

Raised on Vancouver Island, the water has always been part of his life. He started with boogie boarding and skim boarding as a kid, was surfing by the early 80s, selling boards in high school, and later running surf camps and trips.

Enjoy The Ride has always been more than just a name. It’s how Chris looks at life. Chubb is the board part of it. Boards he’s built from years on the water and around surf culture.

It’s about getting out there, trying something new, and enjoying the ride while you’re in it.
