Congratulations to Ian Simpson, CEO, and Jason Guild, Operations Manager, on this major milestone for Snuneymuxw First Nation and Petroglyph.

After nearly seven years of planning, leadership, and development, Petroglyph has received cannabis licensing approval. This is an important step forward in Snuneymuxw First Nation’s long-term vision for self-determination, economic independence, and sustainable growth.

Through Petroglyph Development Group, profits are returned to the Nation, supporting the ability to reinvest in community priorities, including Elders support, annual band contributions, expanded services, and long-term opportunities for future generations.

This project was supported through the BC Indigenous Cannabis Business Fund.
