Muskoka Bliss is a firm but moist cheese, with a natural mild buttery flavour, made with dried cranberries from Muskoka.

It tastes great on a cheese platter with fruits and nuts, or as a snack. It also melts very well, making it a special treat for raclette or grilled cheese sandwiches.

Muskoka Bliss pairs well with light-bodied red wine. Aged 3-5 months.
