Meet one of our Chocolatiers: Darien Wagner. Darien has been with us for the last two years.
It's currently his last week with us before he goes and explores the World. It's been amazing watching him grow, learn, and expand his set of skills amongst us.
From sorting beans, roasting, making bars, wrapping them, serving customers, and endless other daily tasks...
Thank you for everything Darien!

A chocolate shop extends far beyond ingredient sourcing, rigorous methods and appropriate machinery. At the heart of it lives a passionate, committed team, willing to face challenges and take on new projects together on a daily basis.
