We want to begin by saying thank you to everyone who has come into the store, shared a kind word, offered their condolences, or taken the time to tell us a story or memory about Nancy.

Hearing how many lives she touched has meant more to our entire work family than we can put into words. We are incredibly grateful for the love and support our community has shown us and Nancy’s family during this difficult time.

Please note that our store will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, August 13, as we come together to attend Nancy’s funeral and honour her life.

Thank you for your understanding, kindness, and continued support. Nancy was truly a special part of our family, and it has been incredibly meaningful to hear so many wonderful memories of her. ❤️

Our hearts are incredibly heavy.

It is with profound sadness that we share the heartbreaking loss of our dear friend and coworker, Nancy.

For over 35 years, Nancy was much more than an employee. She was part of the heart of our business. Her kindness, dedication, and friendship touched the lives of countless customers and coworkers, and her absence will be felt deeply.

Our entire work family is grieving alongside Nancy's loved ones. We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family and friends and keep you all in our thoughts and prayers.
