I founded Kinder Books in 2011 with the intention to provide children and their families with beautiful books that spark the imagination and interest in the world we live in. Kinder Books started as a pop-up business selling books at markets,commu

nity festivals and teacher conferences. The year 2020 has been a turbulent year for every person on the planet. As a business we faced a challenging time during the lockdown here in BC. With limited markets and cancelled conferences we had to make a choice. We could either close down the business or step out of my comfort zone and do something new with the business. Our new brick-and-mortar store opened at River Market in New West in August of 2020. We are happy to say that we have found a home here in this supportive community.
