Grateful for the chance to meet MP Jake Sawatzky and thank him for supporting BASES Family Thrift Store through the Canada Summer Jobs Grant program.
Thanks in part to these savings—and to our incredible donors and customers—we were able to give over $100,000 this past school year to elementary and secondary schools in Burnaby and New Westminster, helping reduce costs for families and strengthen after‑school and out‑of‑school programs across our community.
Every dollar counts, and together we make each one go further for local students.
