Pre-order your Thanksgiving dessert by October 2nd for pick-up Thanksgiving weekend (October 10-11). This includes all gelato cakes & celebration cakes.

We will not be accepting any custom cakes for Thanksgiving if the order is placed after October 2nd.

Aerated caramelized sugar, broken into uneven bite-sized golden nuggets. Patiently waiting for their warm chocolate bath 🍫

One by one, they’re added into a bowl of tempered milk or dark chocolate to be dipped by hand.

Using a dipping fork, each piece is gently submerged into the tempered chocolate before it’s transferred to a parchment lined tray.

Excess chocolate drips of before it’s added to the tray to set for a few minutes before packaging.
