We are so thankful to live in a community that supports our missions, so we can help organizations like this and handsome guys like Thunder.

Aspen Valley is a pretty special place, like no other. The staff and volunteers work endlessly to provide proper care and do right by these animals and our native Ontario wildlife. They are doing great and meaningful work 🙏🏻

🦝🫎🐻 Today was another incredible Giving Garden delivery day! 🐻🦉🦊

Today, Jackson and I made the trip to Aspen Valley Wildlife Sanctuary to deliver donations made possible by everyone who supported this year's Oakland Giving Garden plant sale.

Because of this amazing community, we were able to donate:

🦌 A large animal hay feeder
💧 A large livestock water trough
🐿 An incubator for the wildlife nursery
🌿 Two huge bags of alfalfa cubes for the fawn nursery
🪱 Bags of Bugs 'n Grubs mix (worms, insects, and other tasty treats that wildlife love!)
💉 Syringes for the nursery
🍓 And a whole lot of fresh strawberries!

Every single purchase you made this spring helped make today's donation possible. Thank you for believing in our little mom-and-son project and for helping us support organizations that are doing such important work.

Aspen Valley Wildlife Sanctuary rehabilitates injured, orphaned, and sick native Ontario wildlife with one goal in mind—to return healthy animals back to the wild where they belong. The dedication of their staff and volunteers is truly inspiring, and seeing their work firsthand reminds us just how important wildlife rehabilitation is.

If you're ever in the Muskoka/Rosseau area, we highly recommend booking a tour. It's an incredible experience, and you'll leave with an even greater appreciation for Ontario's wildlife and the people working tirelessly to protect it.
