I'd like to take a quick moment to wish my amazing wife a happy 25th Anniversary today.

Being a small business owner, it takes a great deal of support from those that you love. I can honestly say that I am a really lucky man to have my wife Tiffany in my life.

Tiffany put the idea in my head to become an appraiser many years ago.... finally, in 2019 it became a reality.

Nice to get out of the house and attend the Hockey Lunch today.

The special guests were NHL Alumni Chris Kontos and his son Kristoff that has been playong pro in England, along with some former scouts.

Suzanne Primeau, granddaughter of Hall of Famer Joe Primeau,had the gift he received when the Leafs won the Cup in 1951... a silver cigarette holder (no ring that year).

AND the owner of Bill Barilko's Game Winning Overtime Goal in the 1951 Stanley Cup Finals, that won the Leafs the Cup, brought the puck on a field trip.

Always great stories and greeat company.
