Chocolate Products has been in business as a chocolate work wholesaler for over 20 years. In 2021 we decided to open a retail store in Niagara Falls Ontario.

Here we sell our chocolate creations to the public in the small storefront of our factory.

Before we got into retail, chocolate products was a wholesale business. A client had an event coming up and asked for genie lamps. This is, some of, the process. Due to time restrictions we can’t elaborate on every intricacy, we are happy to answer any questions.

Spring is just around the corner and we are getting ready for Easter! We have various chocolate suckers and much more coming soon! Which one is the cutest so far? Ice cream cones, Mother goose, Pink (strawberry flavoured) Easter egg?

A pretty single white chocolate rosebud just beginning to bloom with a gorgeous, delicate, dark and white butterfly perched on a pedal. Packaged in a sturdy box so they make it home safely. Almost too pretty to eat…almost 😊. Chocolate Products Niagara is open Wednesday, February 15th at 11am!

It is February 1st and the count down is on! Don’t think that if you’re not half of a couple you don’t get to celebrate love though. Valentine’s Day is for everyone! Chocolate Products will be open starting Thursday February 3 at 9am. Come in and pick up a sweet treat for your best friend, child, favourite cousin or your parents. Don’t forget to grab something for you as well because you deserve a treat! Hope to see you Thursday 💜

At Chocolate Products we make almond bark in small batches, using the finest Belgium white chocolate. Once melted it is tempered to perfection by hand. Meanwhile the almonds have been toasted to enhance their nutty flavour and left to cool. Once both the chocolate and the almonds are ready they finally meet and it is truly a match made in heaven. After getting to know each other in our mixing bowl, this delicious combination is poured onto our table where we gently maneuver our mixture until we’re satisfied the almonds are evenly distributed throughout. Once cooled the fresh almond bark is cut, packaged and ready to be sold.
