I make this post with a heavy heart.
♡
As somebody who is basically fully Russian and Ukrainian, my heart is breaking.
I updated the website today, I added the items I said I wouldn't be adding and saving for a later time and the reason for this is that I want to donate 50% of every single sale to Canadian Ukraine Foundation. I spent hours tracking down contacts today to find what I felt like, to me, was the most credible and humanitarian charity. They send medical professionals, first aid supplies, medical equipment etc. They were established in 2014, the last time the Ukraine faced unsurmountable challenges.
♡
I'm going to have a sale on older items, to try and clear them out, and donate 75% of the funds to this cause.
♡
I am also going to be making bracelets all night after my son goes to bed. These will all be $15 and 100% of the funds from this will be going to this agency as well. I will also be promoting this as an event at my university and I hope to raise any funds at all.
♡
If you're still here, thank you for listening and reading. Stay safe to everyone, hug your families a little tighter tonight because these times are uncertain and they're scary. 💗
