You probably wouldn’t guess that a paintbrush and a hairdryer are both used to make chocolate 👀
The paintbrush is used for adding little details and perfecting the chocolate by hand, while the hairdryer has a surprisingly important job too.
It’s used to gently warm cold molds after they come in from the cooler factory temperature, helping the chocolate set properly and preventing it from cracking. It can also be used to melt away excess chocolate from the machinery before it starts to build up.
Chocolate making involves a lot more little tools and techniques than you’d think!
