We were really hoping for the Christmas sale (and clothing drop) to be much bigger however cannot justify posting items ‘for sale’ at this time of year when so many are already struggling to make ends meet as it is. After having a hard time with the thought of that, we will be giving the gift of zero waste!
How you might ask? Christmas is the season for giving — and we don’t think there’s a better way to spread holiday cheer than by gifting some items we have that others are in need of! This year, we’re going to try out a ‘giving bin’ full of clothing – which is always a necessity! Please bring your own bag - the bin is NOT included - and will be refilled as it gets emptied. Everything that was going to be added to our clothing drop, plus more, will be placed in our blue bin and set outside on December 15, 16, and 17 from 1PM until 4PM. Please come look through items and take what you need. If those times do not work for you, we can make other arrangements. All we ask is that you please be considerate of others when taking items. There will be various genders/sizes/brands/styles.
To start, there is a mix of women’s clothing sizes XS-3X. Everything has been washed but may have some pet hair on it. If anyone needs ANYTHING other than clothing, please send a message and we will do our best to assist.
