2026 has been a rough one so far with the rapid progression of my dad’s illness and his passing this spring. I’m sure you’ll have noticed I’ve been MIA.
But this last weekend was a joyous occasion for our family, celebrating my sister’s marriage. So many of you know her as she works the majority of my craft shows with me.
I was honoured to be trusted with the task of creating her wedding decor ( and many other tasks but we’ll focus on decorations for this post 🤣) It was the kick in the ass I needed to get back in the craft in room. She never lets me down and I’d be damned if I didn’t help her make her vision come to life , because she deserves it and so much more.
I did however make one mistake, I didn’t take any pictures of the decor. 🤦🏻♀️ I’ll share them as the pictures come in from the photographer , but I did manage to steal this one from the grooms Facebook. Not only does my sister look beautiful, but so does that bouquet 😉🤭
The creative juices are flowing again, and I’m looking forward to getting back to making wreaths and all the things.
