Feather and Whimsy Feather and Whimsy I make facinators out of fabric, feathers,tulle,french netting buttons and the occasional piece of jewellrey.

I love to make custom pieces and I love to make bridal pieces. You can see some of my creations in Colette's Frocks on 1st and Lonsdale in North Vancouver.
