Holiday hours update:
Dec 24- 9am-2pm
Dec 25-28- Closed
Dec 29-30- 9am-5pm
Dec 31-Jan 3- Closed

Just a quick announcement about our holiday hours and shipping for the holiday break. We will be open for half day on Christmas Eve but keep in mind that couriers only operate for half day as well so for the 24th only, we will have a reduced cut off time for same day shipping. Orders placed before 11am will be shipped the same day and after 11am we will try to ship same day but possibly have to wait till the 29/30th when we come back to work. Orders placed on or after New Years Eve will be shipped upon our return on Jan 4th in the new year.
Please note that due to the surge in shipping during the holidays that the ETA is not guaranteed by the couriers but we've only been seeing a small number of delays so far. For customers in BC affected by the flooding, please try to use courier options such as UPS to avoid delays caused by the flood areas as Canadapost has been experiencing extended delays in BC.
We will have some news coming up soon about some exciting new products that we are bringing in as we look to expand our business in the RC industry.

Just a quick post to show our new support portal. We have moved over to a new system which falls in line with the more common setups for getting help with orders, products, warranties and general tech support. On the website you will see a support tab, when you click on that it will bring you to a support landing page where you can find some quick answers on some general issues and troubleshooting tips. The tips and solutions list will continue to expand as we add more info in there and if anyone has any suggestions for adding topics and info please let us know so we can add it in. If you can't find the answer your looking for there, create a new ticket by clicking on the new support ticket link or click the contact us tab and fill out as much info as possible about your issue/questions so we can reply with the best solutions/answers. We can still be reached through or normal methods via email/phone but the support portal is the best way to contact us for help with orders/products as we can track and monitor progression there.
