Our fall harvest has started in earnest! This week, our feature is tomatoes, which are always a great choice fresh, but did you know that they can easily replace canned tomatoes? Simply freeze them whole! Check out my video in the comments to see how they peel when they thaw out - like a breeze!

The atmosphere is wonderful and we have been so thankful to participate every month this summer!

PS — we came up with a clever plan with Aaron and his magnificent coffee! You can bring your coffee to us and get a maple syrup flavour shot for $1, just like at a coffee shop, but better! ❤️☕️

Did you know that my favourite surprise since Chris started growing microgreens was the way they come out of germination with little to no colour and quickly turn green, red, or purple? It’s within hours!

This weekend, we will be at the Marché des fermiers de Bouctouche Farmers' Market from 8-1. Come on out and try these delicious treats!

How is it the last Saturday in August already? Our August has been unique, as our social media person has been in Toronto taking care of our son after surgery there. But she’ll be back in September, and has some cool plans for features. 😇
