We were so honoured to recently work with Central Mountain Air, curating a selection of delicious local and Canadian-made snacks from some of our favourite small makers for one of their private charter flights.

Central Mountain Air creates a truly personal travel experience, with comfortable private charters and thoughtful, customizable amenities for colleagues, clients, friends, and family.

But most of all, Dolly left behind a way of looking at life — with humour, grit, kindness and a whole lot of heart. 🤍

Those words have always resonated deeply with me.

Dolly lived authentically, passionately and unapologetically herself. She created, gave back, lifted people up and never forgot where she came from.

Perhaps that’s why her message has always stayed with me. I’m grateful to have found my own passion in creating meaningful gifts that help people celebrate, comfort, remember and show someone they care. At its heart, gifting is a transaction of love — something I think Dolly understood beautifully.

Kre8tive Karma is a unique gifting company located in Southwest Calgary, AB. We are looking for a Client Care & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our FUN, collaborative team.

* Highly organized with great attention to detail.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and calm under pressure.
* Flexible and able to shift priorities with ease.
* Someone who enjoys connecting with customers and providing great service.
* A strong problem-solver who’s comfortable using online tools and digital systems.

We offer a varied and engaging workplace that keeps every day interesting, meaningful work that spreads happiness and positivity, a friendly team culture where ideas are always welcome, and a casual, comfortable atmosphere.

Primary duties include:
* Managing inventory, placing orders, maintaining stock, and merchandising.
* Assisting with order creation and coordinating deliveries.
* Communicating with clients and providing excellent customer care.
* Preparing and sending client invoices.
* Supporting day-to-day backend operations.

Start Date April 13 ✨
Full time (~approx 35 hrs)
Monday to Friday 9-4 pm
Flexible for the busy holiday season!
(November - December)
