The May Court Club of Oakville is a volunteer women’s organization that serves & raises funds for local charities & scholarships. Visit 200 Kerr St. Oakville

Proceeds from our Nearly New Consignment Shop support local women, children & seniors. Since opening its doors in 1957, The May Court Nearly New Shop of Oakville has served thousands of customers and has become a local favourite for our customers. More than 100 May Court Club of Oakville volunteers run and work in our shop each year. Over the years, our shop has raised over $1,500,000.00 in net profits that directly benefit Oakville & Halton Region through May Court supported charities and programs including our Scholarship program. Our consignment shop accepts & sells gently used women’s clothing, accessories, jewelry, shoes, décor, and household items. We often carry designer labels & collectibles. Turn over is quick, so shop often. Oakville’s May Court Club has grown over the years due to the Member’s ability and willingness to change with the times, to recognize needs in the community and to respond in a timely manner. Much of the Club’s work has focused on society’s most vulnerable – the children. Since 1956, the May Court Club of Oakville has donated countless hours and significant dollars in Oakville and neighbouring communities within the Regions of Halton and Peel. The May Court Club of Oakville is an Ontario Charitable Public Foundation with over 200 members. Our Club is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors and our projects are operated by member volunteers.

Creating a Web of Care in Halton

The May Court Club of Oakville is accepting applications for our 2026/2027 Grants Program.

For decades, we’ve proudly awarded annual grants to local charities uplifting our community’s most vulnerable, including women, children, youth, seniors, and individuals facing health challenges.

This year’s theme, “Creating a Web of Care,” focuses on funding organizations that address interconnected dimensions of wellbeing:
• Food Security
• Family Function
• Youth Programs
• Mental Health Support
• Social Connection
• Housing Stabilization

If your registered Halton charity coordinates care, reduces barriers, and builds long-term community resilience, we want to help fund your mission!

It is day 8 of the Together for May Court campaign. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, we've already raised $22,400 toward our goal of $70,000 in 70 days as part of our Together for May Court, Together for Our Community campaign which celebrates 70 years of The May Court Club of Oakville's service to the community.

Every dollar helps us support local community needs and provide scholarships that empower Oakville students to pursue their educational goals. This week, we're proud to spotlight James, a May Court scholarship recipient who over four years of study has received $6750 of scholarship awards while pursuing his degree in Computer Science. Thanks to community support, students like James can focus on building their future and achieving their dreams.

As we celebrate 70 years of service, we're grateful for everyone helping us continue this legacy of giving.

A successful Annual General Meeting on Monday, held at the Oakville Golf Club!

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team who worked behind the scenes to organize such a memorable event. As an organization that is 100 percent volunteer run, every initiative, event, and project is powered entirely by the time and devotion of our incredible members.

We are incredibly excited to introduce our incoming 2026 to 2027 Board of Directors! Their leadership will guide the May Court Club of Oakville as we carry out our mission to enrich the lives of the community through dedicated service and funding while fostering friendship among our members.

This year is extra special as we mark 70 Years of Service in Oakville. That represents seven decades of women transforming our community and supporting women, children, and seniors in need.
