I started smoking meat nearly 9 years ago, making my own rubs, seasonings and barbecue sauces. Watching pit masters like Malcom Reed, Melissa Cookston, Danielle Dimovski and Big Moe Cason, and YouTubers like Cooking with Ry and Mad Scientist BBQ gave me the inspiration to smoke pork butt, pork ribs, brisket, pork chops, steak, cheese, bacon, pork belly, beef roast, meat loaf, beef and pork tenderl
