HAUS BEAUTY SLEEP™
Nasal Breathing Sleep Tape
Where Beauty Meets Regulation

Regenerative beauty is built at night.

But only if your body can fully rest. Sleep is not a luxury. It’s regulation. And regulation begins with how you breathe.

Why Mouth Breathing Matters
Chronic mouth breathing during sleep can:

• Keep the jaw slightly braced

• Disrupt natural tongue posture

• Increase facial tension

• Reduce oxygen efficiency

• Fragment deep sleep

And deep sleep is where repair happens.

Skin renewal. Hormonal balance. Lymphatic movement. Nervous system regulation. Beauty is built at night — but only if the body can fully rest.

From the old to the new - literally on my way out the door.
This was The Collective’s temporary home — right in my own house — while we waited for our new space to finally become a reality.
A little unconventional, a little chaotic, but it got us here.
And now we’re officially in our new home at 110–152 Southbank St.

Same Collective. Same heart. Just a whole lot more room to grow.

💜

*shout out to .strong.co for this amazing branded clothing 😍
