Discovering Life Children's Books

Some of you on this page would like to write your own children's books. Amazon has a great piece of software called 'Children's Book Creator' that you can download for free and use to put together a book with your own artwork. If you are interested in self publishing online, using Amazon's software is probably the easiest route. You may not know the first thing about publishing, but I assure you, if you've got the desire, you can learn. You don't have to be a good artist, although if you are and want to illustrate your own books, that's fantastic!

Was going to publish "Kyle's First Day of School" in time for kids getting ready for their first day of school in September. Stuff got in the way and obviously that didn't happen. The book is over half done, so I will just put it back in my "to be published" file to release next summer. Meanwhile I am working on my next book, "Baditude" about a bratty kid with horrible antics who finally learns
his lesson. Look for more news in the next few days.

The characters shown here are for my first children's book, "Kyle's First Day of School." I wrote it with my son Christian. The story line is self explanatory. It is for any child who might have a little bit of hesitation about their first day of school. I'm shooting for a February 15th release date, possibly earlier.
