This tea is nature’s energy drink — a refreshing blend of antioxidants featuring blackberries, elderberry and currants and natural energy boosters including Yerba mate, black tea and gingko. 🍹

🧊 For a refreshing iced tea, simply steep one tbsp of Blackberry Hibiscus Energy in 1 cup of boiling water for at least 5 minutes. Sweeten to taste and top with a heaping cup of ice. 😍

👉🏻 Hibiscus is naturally hydrating and contains trace amounts of electrolytes, making this an excellent tea blend to sip on all Summer long!

Stumbled across the cutest little coffee and book shop and wanted to share some love to another Ontario local business! ❤️ I’m a sucker for a cafe with a vibe and a major book snob.

They opened 11 weeks right near the canal in Port Colborne. It’s a beautiful space with delicious coffee so if you’re ever in that area, I highly recommend making a point to drop in!
