During this introduction workshop you will learn to use tuning forks for a self-care practice as well as basic techniques to use on others. You will discover the amazing practice of working with tuning forks and experience the benefits of sound, vibration and frequency.

Sound therapy with tuning forks has been shown to relax the entire body to a parasympathetic state of relaxation enabling healing, regulation, restoration of the entire body and systems. The cells of the body respond to the frequency of the forks and attempt to entrain to this frequency bringing balance, alignment and coherence within the body and the field surrounding the body, which is referred to as the biofield. Tuning Forks work with the body's electric current and assist in restoring the body, mind and spirit to coherence.
