This is what most people don’t see when they dream of opening a storefront…
The quiet days.
The hours spent waiting for the door to open.
The moments of wondering if anyone will come in today.
The truth is, owning a storefront has been one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences of my life. I’ve celebrated incredible days, met amazing customers, hosted workshops, built friendships, and watched a dream come to life. But I’ve also experienced the reality that many small business owners face—the slow days that make it difficult to keep the lights on.
After many months of reflection, I’ve made the difficult decision to close my storefront location at the end of June.
While this chapter is coming to an end, Love & Light Jewels Boutique is not.
Beginning in July, Love & Light Jewels will be transitioning to a private appointment-based showroom, allowing me to continue creating meaningful jewelry, hosting charm bar experiences, and connecting with all of you in a more sustainable way.
I’ve learned that sometimes the bravest thing you can do is let go of the version of the dream that isn’t working so you can make room for the one that will.
Thank you to every person who walked through these doors, shopped small, attended a workshop, shared a post, or simply cheered me on along the way. Your support has meant more than you’ll ever know.
This isn’t goodbye.
It’s yet another, new beginning. ✨💖
