Founded by Dawn Nita, DWN Craft Chocolatier incorporates the fundamentals of bean-to-bar chocolate making with the whimsical colour and flavour combinations of fine chocolate bonbons. With a focus on using natural and local ingredients, DWN combines flavours that are fun, comforting, and familiar. draws from over eight years of experience working in two of Toronto’s top chocolate shops, years of making jams and preserves, and a food career based on the fundamentals of fine dining and local ingredients. Located in the Sunshine City of Orillia and opened during a global pandemic, Dawn hopes to entice the chocolate-loving community with hand-crafted chocolate bars and confections.
