obro = or best reasonable offer
ppu = pending pick up
EUC = excellent used condition
GUC = good used condition

I promised something big, so here it goes!! Over the next little while I will be posting new items. Big deal right?? Well it is! Watch for the many free, pif, and pay what you can items!! In a way this is my closing sale. I have not been able to secure my own mortgage so I have to liquidate as much as I can over the next couple months to downsize I assume into an apartment. It will be a big change for us, so a lot of things must go. Please share as the more traffic I get the more I will post! As things get picked up it makes room for me to sort through the next items. If this post gets 20 shares I will announce an amazing sale, and post my first free items!

It seems this year has it out for me! Between a bad round of the flu and the mid April snow storms the pay what you want sale has sadly been delayed. I am trying to plan out how to best handle the rain and snow still to come while still having the sale. I am thinking of starting up an album and starting to post images, with sizes and some brief descriptions. As the name says this will be a pay what you want sale. Items will not be priced, but some may have a minimum (like snow suits).Iif you need something and can not afford to pay much (or anything) we understand, if you want to pay something we welcome that as well since I will be donating some of the proceeds to a friend who is collecting for the epilepsy foundation. I hope to continue doing this kind of sale and plan on continuing to split profits with different charities or foundations each time. Please share this post with local friends and family, the more of a success it is, the more sales there will be!

I have not added prices yet, all clothes (not including outerwear) unless it says otherwise on the item will be part of our $5 fill a bag sale. Individual items will be $1 each (so an outfit would be $1 each piece) unless otherwise posted as well.
