Bone-Dry Sweets & Treats Freeze Dried Candy Freeze drying is a process by which the product is frozen to a minimum of -30F. Our freeze dried candy is so dry you may call it Bone-Dry!

Once frozen the drying process begins by slowly heating the product and vacuuming 98% of the moisture out of the food. This results in a “puffed up” candy that is crunchy, and melts in your mouth. The flavour becomes more concentrated due to the lack of moisture resulting in an intensified flavour.
