A Blue Heron flew over my head this morning while I was entranced in the sound of the stream and moving into Tai-Chi.
I was truly in an altered state and could see a large bird breaking over the top of the trees.

I had to “allow the interruption” as Osho always taught.

I automatically gasped in delight, grabbing my heart and thanking him profusely with happy tears gently falling on my smiling face!

I feel so blessed and encouraged as I am struggling with how to keep momentum on my goals and my desire to even have any.

May you feel the Presence of such a Simple Pleasure, right here, right now!
