Being a Home-based business, “certified food handler” is not enough if you don’t follow proper food safety regulations.

Here at Tinapay & Co., you can be assured that it’s not only about selling — I also make sure that all baking equipment and the kitchen are kept clean and sanitized at all times and most of all, inspected regularly by Certified Public Health Inspector.
