I have worked in kitchens arcross Canada as a chef and fell in love with the fermentation process on the journey.

UPDATE: Hey Funky fans... Life has gotten a little busy... but I still have lots of sauce. I currently have 7 varieties from mild to hot waiting to get labled. Hoping to get them all labeled and ready to share with you within the next couple weeks! Until then... keep kind and stay funky!

Hey everyone! Meet Tanya! 😃 I had the pleasure of visiting her farm last week to see where her and grow such amazing fresh vegtables.

The sugar rush peach pepper is a very unique mild pepper that has a lot a flavor. The end result was one of my latest releases Warm Sunshine. Naturaly thickened with local butternut squash creating a thicker consistency, it is really good in a marinade for chicken, fish or even in a salad dressing! It adds an acidic tang that will jazz up any dish.
You can taste the passion that castlegarth farm puts into their produce and I have translated that into my sauces.

Warm sunshine 🌞

Focusing on the Sugar rush peach pepper, this sauce adds quite the tang to your pallet. Peppers grown by castlegarth farms I LOVE using this sauce to marinade chicken or dash all over some nachos, it's mild in heat and full of flavour.

Introducing Dill-lisious hot mustard. A dill forward hot sauce with fermented dill, mustard seed and unrippened first of the crop super hots. This sauce is extraordinary unique and packs a medium high heat. Excellent with seafood, civiche or anything you really enjoy mustard on .

Had the opportunity to purchase these beautiful medium heat peppers from 🌶 Introducing the Sugar Rush pepper. We are working on turning these peppers into a tasty sauce that can be enjoyed by everyone! Limited bottles will be produced. This unique sauce will wow you with flavor.
