Tupp Tip Tuesday!

Prep your lunches and snacks in advance so that you don't end up grazing all day.

When I was working in an office, I had a few snacks stashed around my desk but would have to walk to the cafeteria or the corner store if I wanted something other than what I packed in my lunch. Now that the kitchen is just right there, it is so easy to just eat whatever I want.
