Thanks to everyone who has called us, excited to pick up the new Pokemon 30th Celebration products on September 16th!

We've had a lot of questions on the release tomorrow and I'm here to answer some of the most asked questions!

Q: When is the product releasing?
A: The release day for Pokemon 30th Celebration is tomorrow Wednesday Sep 16th. Often we have the product beforehand to be ready right at open to sell the product, but for this release, most stores including us will be receiving the 30th Celebration product in multiple shipments throughout the day. We don't have a timeline on when exactly they will arrive, but we'll process them as soon as they arrive!

Q: What will you do for customers who are lining up in the morning for the release?
A: Since we know how much we will be receiving, we can sell you the 30th Celebration product in the order you arrive. Then when the shipments do arrive, we will put the product aside for you in store and you'll be contacted that they've arrived! Since you've already purchased the items, the products will be put aside for you.

Q: Will you have limits on the amount of product each customer can purchase?
A: We want to make sure as many people as possible can get 30th Celebration products, so we will have limits of a total of products that total a number of 9 packs of Pokemon 30th Celebration per person, with a limit of 1 of a particular item per person. So that means you can get for example 1 Elite Trainer Box OR 1 Ex Box, 1 Poster Collection and 1 Knockout Box.
